Hello. This is a form to request a repair of any tattoo machine that you think it needs some love.  We are against programmed obsolescence and we love to bring back to life tattoo machines that don’t work any more or that need some love.

We have been fixing , modifying and improving tattoo machine since we started to build our tattoo tools. We know how any tattoo tool work and we know how to fix it.

We have a lot of skills repairing:

• Dan kubin sidewinder( all models)
• Dan kubin mojobox, swingliner, swinger, etc.
• Shagbuilt D20, D10, The one.
• Cheyenne ( all models)
• Any type of coil machine.
• Any kind of Pen tattoo machine

STEPS to repair your tattoo machine.

1. Press ADD TO CART BUTTON and go to checkout.
2. Fill The all the fields with your info ( name, address, etc)
3. Write on the field Order notes (optional): 
   1. Type of machine
   2. serial number( if you can see it)
   3. What do you feel wrong in your machine
4.  Select any kind of shipping method( this is to save your info for shipping the machine back) . You will not have to pay anything.
5. Select bank transfer/paypal and Place the order. You still won’t have to pay anything.
6. Clean your tattoo machine and pack it to us. Please it should be CLEAN AND PROTECTED  in a box with the order number inside in a paper.
7. Ship your machine to:

When we get the machine we will check it and We will get back to you with a budget as soon as possible. If you don’t accept that budget you will have to pay 30 euros for the work done.

If you ship your machine from UK or outside EUROPEAN UNION you will be responsible for the custom taxes.

If you ship your machine from UK or outside EUROPEAN UNION :

DON’T USE USPS, ROYAL MAIL or any kind of national shipping method. USE UPS, FEDEX OR DHL please.

HOLA. Si necesitas darle un poco de amor a tu máquina de tatuar este es el sitio. Nosotros estamos en contra de la obsolescencia programada y nos encanta poder hacer que tu herramienta vuelva a vivir.

Llevamos reparando máquinas de tatuar más de 8 años. Sabemos como funciona cualquier máquina de tatuar y como arreglarla

PASOS a seguir para que reparemos tu máquina de tatuar.

1. Presiona el botón de ADD TO CART y ves al checkout.
2. Llena todos los datos( nombre, dirección, etc).
3. Escribe en el campo de Order notes (optional): 
   1. Tipo de máquina( marca y modelo)
   2. Número de serie si puedes verlo
   3. Que le pasa a la máquina o que notas mal
4.  Selecciona UPS Shipping( esto es para guardar tus datos y para que podamos enviar de vuelta la máquina) . No tendrás que pagar nada de momento
5. Selecciona bank transfer/paypal y clica a PLACE THE ORDER. No vas a tener que pagar nada.
6. Limpia a fondo tu máquina y empaquetala bien protegida. Pon un papel dentro con el número de orden que te va a dar la web.
7. Envía tu máquina a:

Cuando recibamos la máquina la miraremos y te daremos un presupuesto para arreglarla.

Si no lo aceptas deberás pagar 30 euros por el trabajo hecho
